Qualifications: • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic — income potential is performance-based. • Strong communication skills; able to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while staying actively connected with your mentor. • Comfortable working in a virtual environment (we operate a Zoom-based call center). • Coachable and open to continuous feedback and development. • Trainable — no prior insurance experience required. • No felony convictions.
