Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and removal of seasonal containers, bed plantings, and holiday decor.
• Conduct perennial installations and divisions to enhance garden aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with the Horticulture Manager to fulfill client expectations for seasonal installations.
• Maintain accurate records of time and materials used for all projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed within the estimated bid, maintaining timely and accurate records.
• Prepare, load, and unload trucks for daily tasks, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Attend safety trainings and staff meetings to promote a secure and efficient work environment.
• Safely operate a mason dump truck, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the landscape, fine gardening, or horticulture industry. Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong plant identification skills are advantageous.
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and carry up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Compensation

$23 - $25 per hour , based on experience and performance.
