Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
This role requires expertise in CNC programming and machining, with a focus on process improvement and lean manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and enhancing manufacturing processes using advanced tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and optimize CNC programming for milling and mill turns.
+ Identify and resolve root causes for part defects using quality analysis.
+ Collaborate with setup personnel to ensure efficient production processes.
+ Utilize and maintain Mori Doosan and Haas machinery.
+ Quoting and tooling for manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
+ Proficiency in lean manufacturing and CNC programming.
+ Proficiency in Mastercam for tooling and machining.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for mills and lathes.
+ Ability to perform quality analysis and resolve root causes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with fixture design and AutoCAD Inventor.
+ Bilingual abilities are a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Melrose Park, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
