Responsibilities:

• Build our program roster by engaging potential clients and guiding them toward enrollment
• Establish and nurture community partnerships with clinics, providers, organizations, and businesses
• Promote the PRP program through targeted outreach, presentations, networking events, and one-on-one conversations
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the values and vision of our program to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with the PRP Director to ensure outreach aligns with program goals and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For: • A charismatic communicator who builds rapport easily and communicates with empathy and professionalism
• A go-getter who sees opportunity in every conversation and isn't afraid to make the ask
• A community-minded leader who understands the importance of partnerships and presence
• A confident marketer who can pitch our services with integrity and enthusiasm
• Someone who is comfortable working independently while remaining connected to the team’s shared mission
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in outreach, engagement, marketing, or community organizing (especially in behavioral health or social services)
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with PRP services or behavioral health (a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
About Company:
Why This Role Matters:
Because every referral is a life that could be changed. Your work will help individuals access the support they need to build skills, regain hope, and live fuller lives. You’ll be the bridge between the community and the care that makes a difference.
