We are in need of a real estate disposition manager to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting active buyers to purchase our investment properties. • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified buyers
• Disposition of our wholesale deals to end buyers quickly and efficiently to maximize company profits
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

Qualifications:

• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal and time management skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
• +1 year of real estate sales experience
