• Coordinating with inspectors, photographers, and staging teams
• Managing the listing process from signed paperwork to closing table
• Collaborating with buyer’s agents, attorneys, and clients to streamline transactions
• Building long-term trust with your clients so they refer for life

📈 Compensation:
$100,000+ annually at plan • Appointments handed to you
• Competitive comp structure
Responsibilities:
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
Qualifications:
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
• One year of work experience in real estate
• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
