**Location:** Monroe Regional Hospital **Department:** ICU **Hours:** 36 **Shift:** Nights (United States of America) **Sign On Bonus:** Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus **Bonus Amount:** $15,000 **Job Summary:** New graduate registered nurses or nurses transitioning to a different level of care can immerse themselves in their new career as a Nurse Resident. As a Nurse Resident, you will work with a preceptor and educator as you progress to full, independent practice. You will plan, implement and evaluate nursing care based on the patient care plan and keep a safe, clean and therapeutic environment in accordance with the plan.
