• Makes customer calls (80+ per day) and establishes relationships with sales to secure solid next steps
• Provides an exceptional experience for all customers
• Ability to make calls efficiently and make customer connections

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates * Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources * Present options based on customer needs Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator Qualifications

• Experience with AutoAlert is a HUGE plus
• Background in customer service; BDC Coordinator or related experience

Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve * Prompt and courteous demeanor * Positive and hardworking personality * Strong computer skills * Valid driver’s license What We Offer
